Eligibility for Refund

We want you to be satisfied with our service. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days from the date of payment.

Refund Conditions

• The request must be made within 7 days of the original payment.
• The user must provide their Telegram UID and order information.
• Refunds will be denied if there is evidence of service abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
• Only one refund is allowed per user. Repeat refund requests may be rejected.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us via Telegram at @changlianMTP_bot or email haoying@mtproxy.cc. Provide your Telegram UID and the date of purchase, and our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Refund Method

If your refund is approved, it will be returned using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
